Located in Leça da Palmeira, Seiva will put you in contact with the Earth. This vegetarian restaurant, situated in a creative space with dynamic cuisine and lots of flavours, is a true expression of nature. The project is part of the essence of Chef David Jesus, now shared with the world, in conscious dishes that accompany seasonality. This need to get closer to Earth arose in Sweden after visiting a farm with greenhouses for fermented, seed and germinated products.
The menu, like nature, “offers what we need” - creative and unpretentious meals. There are several suggestions: Niguiri de abóbora, Churros de batata com molho de tomate assado, Mil folhas de batata e flor de courgette recheada and Couve coração crocante cozinhada em arroz vermelho e especiarias. Accompany with Cocktail Seiva. There is a specific Chef option for lunch. The average price is €30/2 pax.
