Next to Sé (Porto's Cathedral), SHIKO brought to Porto oriental energy inspired by the Izakaya – Japanese-style taverns. A space for traditional Japanese small plates and snacks that goes beyond sushi through a comprehensive concept of Asian fusion cuisine. As in a Japanese pub, you can live and savour small delicacies, live at the pace of tasting, in an elegant, small and unique place.
The menu accompanies the feeling of sharing and conviviality, pragmatic and small snacks, but no less extravagant! The traditional Japanese would certainly suggest trying the Okonomiyaki pancake with seafood and seaweed, the crispy Galinha Tori Nanban and the sweet Beringela Nasu Dengaku. However, a genuine Japanese food lover knows that nothing is complete without sushi! Shiko lets you experience an explosion of flavours, leaving you with plenty of reasons to go back there again!
Open Tuesday through Saturday (Tuesday and Wednesday only for dinners). Reservations accepted. It has a takeaway service.
