Located in Praça Parada Leitão, Subenshi opens its doors, in a restored house from the 40s and UNESCO heritage, to Japanese cuisine, full of flavours and textures. With rooms on two floors, there are three intimate rooms on the first floor, adorned with hand-painted tiles, representative of Japanese cuisine; on the second, you will find a more casual atmosphere with a balcony overlooking the Jardim da Cordoaria. There is no denying, as there are details that please the most demanding customer!
The menu does not inhibit itself from quality products! The fish is chosen fresh, directly from the boats and preserved in cryo-freezing, a hyper-efficient freezing process that maintains the initial quality of the product. In addition to the various sushi combinations, enjoy starters, hot dishes, special sushi editions and desserts. Did you know that Azuki beans are ingredients in desserts? Enjoy vegetarian options, as well. The average price is €60/2 pax.
