Beach
Located in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, Praia da Madalena is bathed by the Atlantic and neighbours the Camping Orbitur Madalena Park.
Visited mainly by campers, it is a complement to their stay in a natural and protected area. Yet, rough and cold waters make it desirable for surfers. Volleyball is also a sport of choice, given the extensive sandy beach divided into two parts: north and south. The small rock formations accompany the entire sandy area, being more evident in the south.
A beautiful beach and a delightful place for the whole family, the puddles created by the ebbs call the children and the walkway, which protects the dunes, and the Ribeira de Atiães, which invites you to take a walk. It offers several beach services.
