Leça da Palmeira returns to its origins through the experimentation and confection of vegetable raw material. Fava Tonka defines itself as a seasonal and organic cuisine restaurant with a vegetarian matrix, by the hand of Chef Nuno Castro. It is a space with a fresh and natural atmosphere, from the living room decorated with wood and plants to ceramics and the tree trunk that marks the kitchen area.
The seasonal and organic menu respects the product and the producers. Nature is represented nobly and enhanced by modern techniques, slow fermentation bread and coffee roasted with wood. You can try Sopa de Cogumelos e Eucalipto, Tosta de Cebola, Cheese and Truffle, and Just de Stout. For a drink, we suggest Sangria Fava Tonka, made with this fruit that resembles vanilla. There are vegan options.The average price is €50/2 pax.
