Santiago da Praça is the newest and most modern restaurant of the Café Santiago family, opened in August 2017. Located in Praça dos Poveiros, it has two floors with a modern decoration alluding to the history and heritage of the Oporto city.
In this new space, Francesinha continues to be her main reference. Made with carefully selected ingredients, in a 100% handmade process and with the so famous and delicious special sauce whose recipe constitutes a well-kept family secret.
In addition to Francesinha, with an average price of €13 per person, you can also taste “Prego no Prato” or “Prego no Pão”, Santiago’s Hotdog or traditional homemade food, such as the “Tripas à moda do Porto”, Rojões (seasoned pieces of pork loin) or “Cabrito” roasted in the oven, and The homemade vegetable soups.
