Located in Praça Parada Leitão, Café ncora d’Ouro, better known as Café Piolho, has united generations for over 100 years with the best finos (beer in tall thin glasses) in the city! Almost everyone in Porto knows this café, and it has become a reference abroad, which is why it is one of the most emblematic cafés in Invicta. Up to the present, it is mainly a meeting point for students and professors given its central location near the universities.
The decor is old-fashioned, but that comfortable old-fashioned one, you know? It is one of those little places that are always full of people! Observe and read the messages left by students over the years that are on the walls. The menu is oriented towards snacks, with simple, affordable, and traditional lunch options. There is certainly no lack of bifanas, rojões and the famous Francesinha! There are also student options as well as vegetarian options. The average price is €20/2 pax.
