Travel Guide of the City and Region
The Rota do Chá came in 2002 from the desire to create a space in the city of Porto dedicated exclusively to tea.
A space of oriental inspiration where you can taste more than 300 varieties of teas (produced in a traditional way) and that invites a moment of tranquility and peace.
With this project, the objective was to reintroduce the habit of drinking tea in Porto, to which, in England, at the end of the 17th century, it is due to a Portuguese queen D. Catarina de Bragança married to King Carlos II of England.
In a unique space with several environments, the Rota do Chá values the quantity and quality of teas available to its customers, making it a unique experience in Portugal and perhaps the rest of the world.
For dinner / snack on the Rota do Chá, only with reservation.
